REFUND POLICY:

ALL GARMENTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND ARE SEWN, DYED, AND PACKAGED BY OUR SMALL IN HOUSE TEAM AT JORDAN ARTHUR SMITH.WE TAKE GREAT CARE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHEN MANUFACTURING EVERY ITEM ORDERED.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED UPON RECEIVING THE GARMENT AND DETERMINING A QUALITY FLAW OR SIZING ISSUE.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CANCELATIONS ON ORDERS IF THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY OUR CUSTOMER, OR IF THERE ARE NO QUALITY OR SIZING ISSUES WITH THE GARMENTS. 

CUSTOMERS MAY ONLY CANCEL/EXCHANGE THEIR ORDER WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED ON THE WEBSITE VIA EMAIL.

WE CANNOT FULFILL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AS OUR SHOP PROVIDER DOES NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY TO DO SO.

ONCE THE SHIPPING LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL UPDATE. AT THIS TIME, NO FURTHER CHANGES CAN BE MADE.



RETURN PROCESS:

ANY RETURNED ITEM MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH TAGS AND DUST BAG INTACT. 

CUSTOMER MUST REACH OUT VIA JORDANARTHURSMITHOFFICIAL@GMAIL.COM WITH PHOTOS OR WRITTEN REASON FOR RETURN/ REFUND ON AN ITEM.

ONCE EVIDENCE HAS BEEN PROVIDED, CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN GARMENTS TO RETURN ADDRESS ON INITIAL SHIPPING LABEL ON PACKAGE.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND REQUEST.

IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS.
